Martyn's Bagley Wood

What started as a basic test track for the Heljan O gauge has developed into a layout with scenery! Based on a fictional line that would have left the WR mainline south of Oxford and then headed cross-country to meet up with the West of England line gives it a 'reason' for existing....in my mind anyway! The small depot at Bagley Wood serves as an overflow for Oxford shed which was always cramped and it may have also serviced the locos coming off freights at the nearby Hinksey Yard.
